I swear

I'm the worst blogger. I never remember to update my posts.
Okay so for some catch up time. I quit working and am back to being a stay at home mom. It's kind of a long story, and i'm sure you don't want to hear it :)

The boys are doing fantastic.
Ty is fully potty trained, both during the day and through the night, and has been for a while. He just turned 3 in January!!! It's crazy to see how fast he's growing up :( He's definatly my wild child haha. He surprises us daily with new things, and it never gets old.
Caleb is growing like a weed! he's 7 1/2 months old now. He's sort of crawling, he moves his knees like he's supposed to, but tucks his hands underneath him and scoots himself around on his head. I've really got to get a video of him doing this. He's more of our laid back kid. He doesn't do anything unless you make him, he's just content sitting there watching. He does however really enjoy his new walker, since he can follow his big brother around now.

Lets see.... some of the holidays that have passed since i last blogged.
Halloween: Ty was buzz light year and Caleb was a monkey. Bad mommy moment, I somehow don't have any pictures of this.

Thanksgiving: Caleb got his first taste of real food! he was just a few days shy of 6 months old, so i figured it would be okay. He ate sweet potatoes and LOVED them. Thanksgiving, or really any holid
ay in general, is a super busy time for us. We typically have at least 2-3 houses to go to, and
everyone seems to start the holiday within an hour of one another (with the houses being 45 min away for us). So i'm sure you can imagine all the traveling we do from November-January.

Christmas: The boys were SO spoiled this year. Some of the big gifts they got (to share) were a new play set for outside, a trampoline.Ty got a new bike and a TV for his room. Caleb got a new walker. I'll let the pictures tell the rest of the story from this holiday :) Sorry for any turned pictures, i haven't quite figured out how to flip them in here yet.

New Years: NYE we watched fireworks go off in our neighborhood that Ty enjoyed. Caleb slept through the entire thing. After getting the boys in bed we had the sitter come over, and we went and hung out with some friends. New years morning, we traveled up to La Grange to visit some family, and do our christmas up there with that side of the family.

Ty's third birthday: Ty picked out a pirate theme for his birthday party. He had a great party, and was very blessed. The party started at 4, and the last guest didn't leave until after 11 that night.

I think i've pretty much caught you up on all of the major details going on. I'll try to keep you guys up to date on everything. It'd be much easier if they had an app for blogger on the iphone. If they do and i just don't know about it, please let me know!

Oh, most of you knew that i love sewing, making things, and really anything crafty. Towards the end of 2011, I opened up a Facebook business page and started selling things. You should go check it out! It's called The Kids Corner. I'm currently taking a small vacation from orders, but will be back up and running soon enough :)
